Refund and Return Policy

This policy ensures fair refunds and returns for digital and physical products.

  • General Principles:
    • Applies to direct purchases from Digital Vogue Wellness LLC.
    • Requests to refunds@digitalvoguewellness.com with order details; reviewed within 7 days, refunded within 14 days via original payment method.
  • Digital Products:
    • Subscriptions (e.g., Teleconsultation App, Dashboard):
      • Refund within 7 days for non-functional services (e.g., app crashes) with evidence (screenshots, logs).
      • Prorated refund for cancellations (10% admin fee); no refunds after 7 days or for renewals.
      • Technical support attempts resolution within 48 hours.
    • Customized Software (e.g., DHIS2, OpenMRS):
      • Refund within 14 days if software fails contract specs (e.g., missing features).
      • Partial refunds for minor issues; no refunds post-deployment acceptance.
    • Training Courses:
      • Full refund if canceled 14 days before start; partial (20% fee) within 14 days.
      • No refunds post-start or for institutional licenses post-access.
  • Physical Products:
    • Return Eligibility:
      • Within 30 days for defective, damaged, or incorrect products; must be in original condition with packaging.
      • Non-returnable: Used products, hygienic items (e.g., opened diagnostic sensors), customized items.
    • Refund/Replacement:
      • Defective/Damaged: Full refund (including shipping) or replacement; we cover return shipping.
      • Incorrect: Replacement or refund if unavailable.
      • Non-Defective: Accepted with 15% restocking fee; client pays return shipping.
    • Process:
      • Request RMA within 3 days; ship within 7 days via trackable courier to Conakry or Trenton.
      • Refund/replacement post-inspection within 14 days.
  • Exceptions:
    • Bulk Orders: Custom terms in contracts (e.g., extended return periods).
    • Warranty: 1-year for manufacturing defects (repairs/replacements, not user damage).
    • Force Majeure: No refunds for delays due to unforeseen events.
  • Disputes:

    • Unresolved disputes escalate to mediation in Conakry or Trenton per General Conditions.
